Refund Policy

Our policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, 

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

When you are shipping, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


Lost/Stolen Packages:
We are not responsible for stolen or lost packages. Please contact Usps and file a claim.

Once the post office has possession of your order it is no longer our responsibility unless the package is returned to us.

How long is processing and shipping?
Our products are handmade, fresh upon order. processing takes 5-10 business days excluding weekends.

Return policy:
Returns and refunds are not permitted. We cannot accept opened or used products.

In the email please include pictures of the broken items, a picture of the paper receipt included in the package, and your order number and full name.

Our fulfilment and shipping team are working diligently and very hard as a team to process and ship packages. Therefore, we cannot cancel change, or exchange items after your order has been Fulfilled.

When purchasing please make sure to double check your address, telephone, email, and name. If any information is incorrect and your package is returned there will be a reship fee.
